This class uses gentle movement and guided meditation to reset the nervous system from operating on the high stress, adrenaline pumping, fight or flight Sympathetic System to the calmer, rest and digest Parasympathetic System.
Remember to wear comfy clothing, reduce caffeine intake if you’d like, bring.a yoga mat if you have one, and give yourself to 75 minutes out of the month to take care of yourself.
